Hi.
I missed you too.
I was busy.
I went to a ballgame.
We had really good seats.
(That's why I'm smiling so big)
See?
*Really* good seats.
It was Senior Day even.
And despite the lackluster performance, my beloved Vols pulled out a win. And I stayed up too late.
The next night, more friends blew through town for just one night. We met them out for drinks and Tall Paul. Matt played guitar, and I didn't go to bed til 1 AM. Did I mention I was getting up at 5?
Then I worked 30 hours in two days. Thanksgiving, in case you didn't know, is a big holiday where baked goods are concerned. Huge, in fact. So huge that I spent 17 1/2 hours at work Tuesday, icing somewhere in the neighborhood of 50 cakes, 150 cookies, and 100 or so cupcakes. Guess what my family did NOT eat on Thanksgiving?! If you guessed anything that involved icing, you get the prize! (The prize also does not involve icing.)
So, yeah. Work. Thanksgiving. Football. Oh, and a little Christmas decorating to boot. Pictures of that to come later, I promise :) Meanwhile, there's a couple dozen new cake pictures over on Flickr. Hope you all had an excellent November. Now bring on Christmas...

there you are! we need to figure out a way to summit your cake from Hannah's wedding to a wedding or cake magazine. I should know how to do the wedding one, but I don't. Glad you survived thanksgiving. is Christmas the same way?
the game photos are soooo great! What a fun time!
glad to have you back! I'm jealous Sunday got to meet you! those are the cutest cupcakes!
That IS a lot of icing! When do we get to see pictures of the Hall abode all lit up for Christmas? No pressure....:)
Han, I'm waiting to see if we actually get the snow that is forcasted for tonight and tomorrow--Christmas lights always look better in the snow ;)
