Hyperventillating, but all in all, good...

Today I road tripped over the mountain to visit with my parents and my grandmother in Weaverville, and as I was playing with the new kittens, I got a phone call. THE phone call--they were able to move up our closing. We will be completing this monumental transaction on FRIDAY. As in, two days from now. The tingles I used to feel in my feet about buying this house? Yeah, they've moved. I'm tingling all the way up to my butt, and pretty soon I may be throwing up. I'm both excited and thrilled and completely overwhelmed. I have a million calls to make and a million transactions to complete before 2 PM Friday, and we are so not nearly packed. But, that's okay, we don't have to be to start moving, we have loads of time to get it all together, but OH. MY. Y'ALL. I will be LIVING in this house by this weekend! Monday morning I report to my NEW office, in my pajamas of course. I'm totally freaking out, but in the best possible way. I promise to keep you all posted! We love you here in Knoxville!

ummm, in case you're unaware, you're gonna be a full on grown up tomorrow.

you were in my dream last night. me, you, hannah, james corbin and jason fox were driving together to our high school reunion, but we couldn't find it until it was over. and we were travelling in one of those london buses. very odd...

Last night I was dreaming about walking up the front steps of my new house, and I tripped. I tripped so hard that I jerked myself awake trying to catch my fall and scared Matt to death. I'm sure that dream means something, but I don't want to think about it ;)

Jason Fox seems like a pretty random addition to that car load, I hadn't thought about him in years! Which one of us was driving the big bus? It's so funny what your brain throws together while you sleep...

Yup, I have to say, this house, and having a *husband* and joint checking and two names on the deed and all that jazz, that does make me feel very much like a full on grown up. Or, very much like I'm about to be busted *pretending* to be a full on grown up. I'm not sure which, it comes and goes...

yeah, JF was totally random. i did always have a secret crush on him since 5th grade when he used to take his shirt off on the playground. we had actually made plans for a date when i was 20 or so, but then adam and i decided we were in love during that week before, so the date never happened. i don't think i even called to tell him.
